CPS Management is led by Eugene Espin, a senior construction and project-management professional with more than 25 years’ experience across infrastructure, rail, commercial construction, industrial and mining projects.
Eugene combines hands-on project delivery with systems thinking — understanding how projects are won, planned, built, controlled and governed, and how practical systems and controls improve delivery performance. His experience spans project and construction management, tendering and pre-construction, programming and project controls, project recovery, commercial and procurement coordination, quality and integrated business management systems.
